During one year I would decide on a certain moment to voice the sentence «Silence destroys consequences», be on the street, on the subway, in a
shop, in a movie theatre...,
or alone in my studio. I would then keep track with a pencil
of the place and the time on a 12 months project planner and
I would also take a photograph
of what was in front of me with my cell phone camera at the moment when I recite the sentence.
